T. Andrew Fujimoto

Chief Executive Officer

Andy has been instrumental in forging AmeriBen/IEC Group into one of the most widely respected management consulting and group insurance third party administration firms in the nation.

As a principal of the AmeriBen/IEC Group, Andy has tremendous experience as a business executive and consultant. He joined the organization in May of 1986 as a Human Resource Consultant. He possesses a clear understanding of the implications of effective human resources management and its impact on an organization’s bottom line. Andy received his Bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. He is the Tablerock District Chair in the Ore-Idaho Council of Boy Scouts of America, the past Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Idaho Quality Award, Chair of the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters and serves on the Board and the Compensation Committee Chair for Mutual of Enumclaw.
 

Jon Aubrey

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President for AmeriBen/IEC Group, Jon focuses on sales strategy, growing the TPA and managing the Account & Business Development team. Jon has broad experience in third party administration and while at First Health, he managed the COBRA and HIPAA departments. During that time, he oversaw the administration of 500+ clients and managed 45 employees. He later moved into account management with First Health and worked with many large national accounts.

In 1999 Jon joined AmeriBen/IEC Group and has worked as an account representative manager, a director of marketing and now in his current role as Senior Vice President. He is responsible for new sales with a focus in the western United States.  He also oversees the Account Representatives, the Marketing Department and the Client Service Coordinators and is responsible for new vendor partnerships and contracting. The number of employee and student lives serviced by AmeriBen/IEC Group has grown significantly during his tenure. He is also asked to speak regularly about timely healthcare topics and is known for his expertise and presentation style.

Jon has received his Life and Disability license and is licensed in many states.  Jon attended Utah State University majoring in Communications and is fluent in Spanish.  Jon currently serves on the Board of Directors for AmeriBen/IEC Group
 

Ben Wright

Chief Financial Officer & Director of Operations

Ben joined AmeriBen in September 2007 and is responsible for corporate finance and strategy development. Prior to AmeriBen, Ben had operations management responsibilities for a national commercial real estate company, dual financial and operational oversight responsibilities for a contract manufacturer, and five years of “Big Four” public accounting experience.

Ben’s mix of financial and operational experience help support AmeriBen in its pursuit to maximize the value our clients receive from their healthcare spend. His cross-industry experience enhances our ability to provide strategically flexible customer service.

Ben received his Masters in Business Administration with honors from Boise State University and his Bachelors degree in Accountancy and Information Systems from Brigham Young University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of California.
